Become part of the Uptop Community

To become a member of Uptop you first need to engage with the membership community. Uptop shareholders all find something of great value in the people, the land, and the nature of Uptop. For many, it is comforting to know that through a strong and engaged shareholder community, there will always be Uptop.

The DOP were developed when Uptop was formed to give some guidance to how we will work together and respect each other as we develop and mature. The DOP has served a great purpose for new members especially to understand what the Uptop community is striving toward.

Contribute to uptop’s growth

Uptop is a unique place with a special history. Today, we do have bills to pay and plans requiring funds in order to be implemented.

Shareholders are asked to contribute annual dues of $150. And, all are encouraged to make monthly and annual commitments to enable future growth (check project page for more information on current projects that require funding)

The Benefits of Membership

While there are about 20 families supporting Uptop today, the land, and place is often simply waiting for guests to arrive. Throughout the year, Uptop is there for you to visit and enjoy — for get away vacations, or to join shareholder events and weekends, Uptop is here for you. Also, consider reserving Uptop for family gatherings or simply some time away from daily demands.

Uptop is under development! It is a unique place where you can plant a tree, contribute to the orchard with new fruit trees, or join the in fall harvest. While winter visits can be a challenge Uptop is beautiful in all four seasons.
